FAQ

How far in advance do I need to order?

For Boards, we require a 3 day minimum lead time on all orders, but we recommend placing your order multiple days in advance to ensure it is prioritized.

For Blossoms, we request a 5 day minimum lead time on all orders, and 14 day minimum on all custom orders. Please inquire for sooner availability.

What will be on my board?

All boards are custom designed with what is seasonally available, and no two boards are exactly alike. We use high quality charcuterie meats and cheeses, as well as the freshest produce we can find. Each product description will outline what you may find in your board. Please contact us for any specific requests.

Do you cater to food allergies/preferences?

Yes. We offer boards for nearly all dietary restrictions, including nut allergies, gluten free, vegan, vegetarian, kosher, etc. If you have questions regarding certain items being included or excluded in your board, please contact us via email.

Can I keep a board in the fridge overnight? What is the lifespan of a cheeseboard?

We recommend enjoying the board immediately upon receiving it. Cheese is intended to be eaten at room temperature, however leaving the box out for more than 3-4 hours can lead to spoiling especially in high temperatures. Additionally, we discourage against placing it in the fridge overnight as that will prevent freshness and ruin presentation.

How far in advance do I need to book an event with you?

Our grazing tables are extremely popular and are booking now for 6-8 months in advance. To ensure Boards can be a part of your event, we recommend visiting our event catering page, or emailing us at boards.blossoms@gmail.com as soon as possible with information regarding the venue, time of event, size of event, and any other relevant details.

We are not currently accepting wedding and event florals at this time. Blossoms only offers drop off or pick up flower arrangements.

Where do you source most of your supplies?

Whenever possible, we partner with local companies, farms, and businesses to provide the best local products in our boards and floral arrangements. However we also source our favorite products from small suppliers across the country, as well as Trader Joe’s, Whole Foods and local wholesalers. We emphasize sustainability and eco-friendly goods such as bamboo platters and recyclable wrapping. We also love to support various charities in the Willamette Valley as much as possible!

How do you prepare your boards?

Our artists have their Food Handler's Certification and we build our boxes at a shared local commercial kitchen, where the facility is maintained and approved by the health department.

Where is your delivery radius and pickup options?

We currently only deliver throughout the Eugene/Springfield metro area, however we do offer a pick-up location at The Parkway Bakery and Coffee Cafe! Please select your preferred option at the time of ordering.
*Please note the “shipping” option at checkout is for local delivery only.
